Friends' Photo Group

Join our photography group. This group is just part of an exciting range of activities and events the Friends run for their members. The Friends support the Botanic Gardens providing financial and volunteer support for projects and events. Love the Gardens? Join the Friends! 

The aims of the group are -

  • To enrich the Friends through photography in the RBGV, Melbourne Gardens
  • Fellowship
  • To improve member’s photographic techniques

To join the Friends Photo Group you need to be a member of the Friends so Join Us now to get involved. Please bring your Friends' membership card to each meeting, we will supply a plastic holder and lanyard.

All meetings will commence at 11 am in Mueller Hall, National Herbarium. 
Mueller Hall should be accessed from the side door just through Gate F. 
Morning tea will be available.

All Photo walks will start at 11 am, from the Separation Tree Pavilion, near the Terrace Tearooms.

At the conclusion of all meetings and walks we will meet for lunch at the Terrace Tearooms at approximately 12.15 -12.30 pm
